SVP Tile & Marble was founded in 1986 with a simple commitment: deliver the highest quality tile and stone installations in South Florida, every time. What began as a small family operation has grown into one of the region’s most trusted commercial flooring subcontractors — without ever losing the personal accountability that defines a family business.

Over nearly four decades, we’ve had the privilege of working on some of South Florida’s most iconic developments. From the Ritz Carlton South Beach and 1 Hotel South Beach to the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and 2000 Ocean in Hallandale Beach, our installations can be found in the region’s most celebrated addresses.

We partner directly with general contractors and developers — handling everything from material procurement and submittals to phased installation across multi-unit residential and hospitality projects. As South Florida's luxury condo boom accelerates, SVP becomes a go-to subcontractor for high-rise developers. Completed work at Biscayne Beach, Monaco Yacht Club, and 300 Collins.
